I have ordered these kind of folders before and I have never had this problem until now. The quality of the product has downgraded, they are now thinner, flimsy, and the color is really off. Not a happy camper.

We are a Court and use approximately 2-3,000 of these folders on an annual basis. As cases go to court and payments are made monthly we are in and out of these files almost on a daily basis. They always hold up. Never have had a problem with the folders wearing out, falling apart, etc. In fact sometimes, I am able to recycle folders for other uses and have never had an issue. Being on a very tight state budget I appreciate the quality of these folders.

This 100% recycled paper End Tab folder is as good as the standard product that it duplicates! I was worried it might be thinner, flimsy... but there is no difference in performance. The finish is just a tad more matt than 'shiny' but at a glance that's barely noticeable. Small price for sustainability!
